A Place for Worship
 All
we have and all we are, we owe to God so we are thrilled to lift
him up in joyous worship. In our assemblies, we sing praises to
Him while encouraging each other in the Christian walk. We speak
to God when we pray in Jesus' Name, expressing our thanks and
praise as well as our cares and concerns. We celebrate the
Lord's Supper each Sunday to remember Jesus' sacrificial death
on the cross and to renew our commitment to Him. We give of our
means to further the work of the Lord, both locally and
globally. We listen to God through the teaching and preaching of
the Bible. We also believe that true worship should be an
attitude and a life-style that goes beyond the confines of
church buildings and schedules. |
A Place for Learning
To us, studying the Bible is vital because it not only
instructs us intellectually but guides us spiritually. We
believe the Bible and accept it as God's true message to mankind
- living and powerful and relevant. We offer Bible classes to
all ages on Sundays and Wednesdays and periodical small group
studies and support groups. We also offer personal Bible studies
or Bible-based counseling, and we encourage each church member
to be a diligent student of the Book. |

Place for Friendship
People need people, and we believe that Jesus and church
offer the solution to our society's problems of personal
isolation and loneliness. The church is the ideal place for
making friends and cultivating relationships. It is a place
where you can love and be loved. |
A Place for Serving
We believe that we are saved to serve;
called to be servants of one another, just as our Lord Jesus "did
not come to be served, but to serve." Whether the need be
physical, material, emotional, or spiritual, we try to be there
for each other. But our mission of serving does not end with
each other, we also endeavor to take care of the needs of the
people around us. We keep our eyes and ears open for
opportunities to help others in Jesus' name. Our youth have
annual mission/service projects. Our ladies knit and crochet
items for the homeless. We help and support Agape Villages, a
child-placement service of the Church of Christ right here in
the Bay Area. We are annual supporters of Mann International, a
church-sponsored organization that distributes food, supplies
and personnel to the most needy people on Earth.
